Everything here is about money. What a plan allows is on the pricing page, and the rest of the rules are in the terms of use.
Cancelling
Open Your account, then Manage billing, and complete the cancellation in Paddle.
It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. The plan keeps working until that date and is not renewed afterwards. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee, and you are not charged again.
When a plan ends, Basic limits and history periods apply. Upgrading cannot restore records already deleted. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation; cancel billing before deleting your account.
Refunds
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every subscription sold here. They took the money, so they are the ones who give it back, under the Paddle refund policy.
The window is 14 days from the date of the payment, and inside it a refund is at Paddle’s discretion rather than automatic. Where the law where you live gives you a stronger right to withdraw, that right applies instead and is not reduced by anything on this page.
Three ways to ask. The links in the confirmation email you were sent, the support links on your receipt, or paddle.net, where you find the transaction and choose Request refund. An approved refund is returned to the payment method it came from, within 14 days of approval.
Ask us first if something here did not work. If the product did not do what this site says it does, write to webmaster@pudgycat.io and we will take it up with Paddle ourselves. That is faster than arguing about it afterwards, and it is the only way we find out that something is broken.
Failed payments
If a renewal is declined, Paddle retries it over the following days and the plan keeps working while that happens. Updating the card is the fix, from the same Manage billing screen. If it is still unpaid at the end of that, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan. Basic limits and retention rules then apply.
Price changes
A subscription keeps the price it was bought at until it is cancelled. A new price applies to new subscriptions, not to yours.
