By using Blue Horizons you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
The service
Blue Horizons is a tool for analysing and managing a Bluesky (AT Protocol) account’s follow graph. It is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, and it may change or stop at any time.
There is a free plan and there are paid plans. What each one allows is on the pricing page, and the section on billing below says how paying for one works.
It is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Bluesky Social PBC.
Billing
Paddle takes the money, not us. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every subscription sold here: they run the checkout, they charge the card, they are responsible for the sales tax or VAT owed wherever you are, and the receipt comes from them. Their terms apply to the payment itself and are at paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. No card number, expiry or billing address ever reaches this service.
A subscription is monthly or yearly and renews itself at the same price until it is cancelled. The plan starts as soon as the payment is accepted and the ceilings on the pricing page are what you get.
To cancel, open Your account, then Manage billing, and complete the cancellation in Paddle. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterwards. Basic limits and history periods then apply. Upgrading cannot restore records already deleted under the retention rules.
If a payment fails, Paddle retries it. The plan keeps working for a few days while that happens, and updating the card is the fix. After that it goes back to free.
Refunds are handled by Paddle under their buyer terms, and the refund and cancellation policy says how to ask for one and what the window is. If something here did not work as described, write to us first and we will sort it out with them.
Prices can change. An existing subscription keeps the price it was bought at until it is cancelled; a new price applies to new subscriptions.
Your account, your responsibility
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Actions you run through the tool are your actions on your account. You are responsible for them, including how they look to other users and to Bluesky.
- Blue Horizons enforces conservative rate limits to protect your account, but it cannot guarantee that a platform will never restrict you. Aggressive follow/unfollow churn is against the spirit of every social network, the tool is built for tidying an audience, not for farming follows.
- You must also comply with Bluesky’s own terms and community guidelines.
Acceptable use
Do not use Blue Horizons to harass anyone, to build or operate spam networks, to circumvent rate limits or platform protections, or to scrape data at scale for resale. We may cut off access that does any of these.
Ads
The public pages carry advertising, and so does the free plan inside the app. It is part of what pays for the service. The price list is the exception: no advertising is served there at all, because it is where you decide whether to pay us. Pro and Max do not carry ads inside the app. You agree not to interfere with, block-and-click, or artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blue Horizons is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of followers, reach, or platform standing, arising from your use of the tool.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. You can stop using the service and use the account deletion controls described in Privacy. Disconnecting an account does not cancel billing or immediately erase existing backups.
